When using the default settings, your display will get a warmertint (lower color temperature) when the sun is down, vastlyreducing strain on the eyes. Blue light makes your brain want tostay awake, and a lower color temperatures reduces the amount ofblue displayed; using this in the evening reduces your brain'seffort to keep you awake at night.
